PROVO, Utah – Add TV commercials to the long list of things BYU mascot Cosmo accomplished.
The adorable BYU mascot appeared in a recent Nissan commercial that focused on their college football-focused âHeisman Houseâ.

Cosmo joined the Clemson Tiger and the future Big 12 Shasta mascot of Houston in the Heisman house of Nissan. The furry mascots left furballs everywhere. However, former Heisman Trophy winners Eddie George (Ohio State, 1995), Derrick Henry (Alabama, 2015) and most recent winner DeVonta Smith from Alabama weren’t all fond of furballs.
HAPPY TO BE PART OF BIG 12!

Cosmo was seen in the commercial stretching and sitting on the couch next to UGA’s Hairy Dawg, who the Heisman winners brought into the house to line up the cats.
BYU’s Cosmo recently celebrated his 68th birthday and shows no signs of letting his guard down. Recently, Cosmo hosted a dance with the Cougarettes on the song “Birdwalk”. Then there’s that national championship victory he got thanks to BYU fans who voted him to the top.
Nissan has released five Heisman House commercials in 2021, with more to come throughout the college football season.
In addition to appearing in a Nissan commercial, Cosmo also collaborated with insurance company Allstate in an effort to “celebrate college football.”
